Acceptance
By downloading or using Lumira, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of Service
Lumira is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per platform policy.
Disclaimer
Lumira is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. AI skin analysis results are for informational purposes only. Consult a dermatologist for medical concerns.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Apple App Store (EULA)
The following additional terms apply when you download Lumira from the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Lumira only, and not Apple, and that Lumira alone is responsible for the app and its content. The license granted is a non-transferable license to use Lumira on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app. Lumira, not Apple, is responsible for any product warranties; if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Lumira, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, any failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and third-party intellectual property infringement claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app. Questions or complaints about the app should be directed to support@lumira.app. You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
